Pain killer prescribed for toothache depends on the reason for tooth ache . If the toothache is due to a simple extraction procedure then analgesics like paracetamol is sufficient. If the tooth ache is present after some impaction procedure then a combination of aceclofenac and serratiopeptidase can be prescribed so that the swelling and inflammation will be subsided. A combination of aceclofenac and paracetamol can also be prescribed in order to relieve pain due to any periapical infections which are most common
