Regular Mastication , Proper Tooth shape with correct contour , regular salivary flow is also require for to prevent buildup by washing action , Probably oral flora has less role in calculus buildup as its build up due to surface roughness. So these A , B , D and E options helps to prevent calculus formation.
Now only left with C, Now tooth inclination and crowding infact promotes calculus formation as thet make area difficult for regular cleaning so Option C does not prevent the calculus formation. : These is what i feel. Corrections in this ans are welcome.
