Wade Coleman at McGill and Hill Group. Hands down the best. Will do the initial evaluation of the financials over the phone and email, and then will look deeper if he advises you to pursue it. He won’t bill you if it doesn’t result in a signed LOI. In Dec 2016, he stopped me from proceeding with a terrible deal that I had misinterpreted.

have been involved in several purchases between one of my clients another one of my clients and in many cases have helped facilitate the two without a broker and it has worked out very well for each of them! the buying and selling process can be so stressful it doesn’t make sense to buy either if you are only going to be somewhere three years. Also you might lose money due to closing costs and fees. That’s why with houses five years is generally the minimum.
